I – INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes the policy of Uawithya Machinery Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “We”) to inform you about what information we collect, use and share when you visit our website www.uawithya.com (the “Site”). The Privacy Policy also explains why and for which purposes we collect the data.

II – UAWITHYA’S ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Uawithya is the controller of your Personal Data, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated. If your Personal Data has been submitted to us and you wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, please inquire with us directly and please provide the name of your submitted Personal Data to us. We will refer your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information”. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. However, the Company may refuse the exercise of the above rights by the data subjects, provided that the rejection is in accordance with the Company’s rules that are not in violation of the law.
